UPS Account Executive interview questions

Very open minded and provoked thoughts. Try to make eye contact and not use filler words like um and huh. Try to connect with the person who you are talking with and make it personal but professional.

First round is zoom interview with two area managers. Talked about sales experience and their time with the company (both 30+ years). Lasted almost an hour. Next round would’ve been a role play scenario (sell me anything— just want to see your style) but I decided the job wasn’t a good fit for me. Talked about sales quotas/what I enjoyed and didn’t enjoy about sales.
