UPS Capital Business Development Officer interview questions

I must have had 4 interviews in total with very little feedback between each one. I got down to the final selection and was ghosted. No response from the recruitment department or from the Sales team. Very unprofessional and a clear indicator of how they treat staff. However, the original in-house recruiter was excellent, but sadly the recruiter changed. It is not difficult to send a quick email of just acknowledging that I did not get the role but clearly this is too much of an ask.
