It was a very good experience overall. I had some simple tests and questions. I was asked standard questions for the customer rep role. The interviewers were nice and professional. They answered my questions.

What appeals to you about this role?
It was good, had a first interview over the phone and then an interview via video call. Was a good experience, everyone were really nice. Asked a lot of previous experience questions.
Following up on requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking and routing shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles. Work with customers, suppliers, and various shippers to route, pick-up and/or trace shipments as necessary.
