UPS Drivers Helper interview questions

Very straight forward, easy interview. I applied through the online portal, waited for a response and took the job. It might have helped that my driver usual driver recommended me for the position, so I'm not sure if this would be the typical process for everyone or just me.

No interview process. Just show up at a hub, fill out paperwork, ask any questions if you have any. They had me do about a 5 minute questionnaire on the computer, basic stuff. Expect to be a part of a group during the process.
