I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2009
Interview
Typical interview process where they sit you down and ask you to tell them a little about yourself. Most of the information that they will go over is stuff that you would of already known due to the job that you worked prior to applying to this one. Its important to make sure that you pay attention to what they say and ask questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2009
Interview
All applications are completed online.....UPS then contacts the candidates and schedules them for a panel interview. When you arrive for the panel interview, they will either schedule you or you will complete the skills test after the panel interview. During the course of the panel interview, you will then leave the room for a phone interview.....it is basically a role play scenario. Lastly is the 1 on 1 interview with the HR Manager to find out a bit more of why you want to work for UPS.

The process took 4 months. I interviewed at UPS (Greenville, SC) in Dec 2010
Interview
I met with two ladies from HR for our initial one one interview. It consisted mainly of questions about my past work experience and goals in the future. Shortly afterwords I was called and passed through to the next round which consisted of an online skills/problem solving test. After completing and passing that I was a scheduled for a panel interview. The panel interview was with two management level employees and was scripted and laid out very professionally. A few weeks later I was offered the job; the entire process took about 4 months.
