UPS Inside Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a brief phone interview who was really nice. Sent an assessment later and unfortunately I did not pass. I really thought I would get this position but I believe the role was either filled or they just wanted someone with more experience (actual sales experience) sales associate doesn't count apparently.

Quick, easy and simple process. From the time I was originally contacted to job offer was less than two weeks. Interview was with two people and they really only asked these pre-prepared questions.
