Interview
The interview was a bit intense, for me. First, they conduct a phone interview(about 15 minutes). After, if you pass that they send you an assessment which takes 1-2 hours to complete, which you had to pass in order to move forward with the process. The in person interview consisted of a tour of the facility and a panel interview with an HR rep and a supervisor/manager, took about 1-1 1/2.

Questions were about previous situations that dealt with customer issues/problems.
I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.
Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.

Describe a challenge you had to overcome while working with a team.
The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.
