I went there two weeks ahead to do the state test. After I passed they called me for personal interview. I went to check background and drug test. one week later they called I can start on 3/7/17

short, straight to the point, and just wanted to see if I can work under pressure or when there is a system failure or communication errors. And I felt nervous
to make sure that the team is workable with other team and check individual work.overall, is the need to see everything is right on track with other worker.the fact the manager is here to talk to you and ask several questions
