Hiring process is pretty easy just a series of interviews asking the standard questions, Also asking about skill set in excel and access. Also asked about your degree what school are you going to and what other skill sets can you provide
Good experience, professional questions were asked. Apply online, screening, interview. It was a standard flow that met expectations and are clearly communicated. I was happy with the process overall. They were very nice, thank you.
Virtual; very personable and informative on the position, company, and interviewer. It lasted around 40 minutes and was given a timeline for moving forward at the end. Interviewer was enthusiastic and did a great job making interviewee feel welcomed.

One trait that you think is the most important for someone to have and why
First step was a phone interview. Then I had a virtual meeting for a manager interview. Last virtual meeting was a team interview with 2 other members who I would work closely with.
