I applied in-person. I interviewed at UPS in Nov 2010
Interview
The first contact you make with them is not an interview, its more like a walk through and they show a video about safety and explain the job. They tell you to call in the morning if you are still interested. After that I got called in for an interview. It was very very simple, he asked for basic information, and forms of ID. Once that was done I waited about a week or two and I got called to work.

Smooth and very easy to pass. Just speak and they will tell you what they have for you. You have nothing to be worried about. Just be ready to answer the phone.

Phone with a supervisor. Super convenient and super easy. Affable man with tons of experience. Couldn't be happier. Later went in for an in person interview and to pick up gear.
