Interview
Interview process was a little different than what I had expected. There was 3 Division Level Management personnel who had a variety of questions. They used how would you handle this situation questions and what would you do if in this situation. They were very friendly and open to all questions that I had about the job.

Interview
Received phone interview first by recruiter. Then scheduled a in person interview with manager and two supervisors. Very clear job description and had a warehouse walk through. I fully understood what my role would be and allowed to ask questions.
Easy going fast start to work management opportunities are slim to none from advancement no matter how hard you work on any skills lucky if you can get in to be a driver either
in person meeting with a panel of supervisoral individuals and sort manager. questions about situational responses. i answered questions pertaining previous jobs, school, background and leadership skills in which i started to think i did an ok job on.
