Interview
You never speak with anyone from UPS, you just answer hypothetical questions and play a few games that lets them know the type of person you are. It is a very simple process and makes it easier for more shy people to get the job.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
