      Major Account Manager Interview

      Aug 23, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS in Feb 2008

      Interview

Test was somewhat stressfull, seemed like abstract math and creative thinking. The Interview was simple, HR and a BD person were present asked questions like, refer to a situation where you made a mistake a) how'd you fix it b) how whould you approach it next time. Also, ask about situations where I had to repremand an employee, then the 2 follow up questions again

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

When was the last time to had to document a troubled or low performing employee? How you handle the situtation? How would you do it differently?
