I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
First was phone, then in person (no questions were asked I figured the job was mine I guess), a couple of personality tests. The process took a couple of weeks. I should have negotiated a better starting salary but didn't want to lose the opportunity for a couple of bucks.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Received phone interview first by recruiter. Then scheduled a in person interview with manager and two supervisors. Very clear job description and had a warehouse walk through. I fully understood what my role would be and allowed to ask questions.
