I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Hodgkins, IL) in Oct 2011
Interview
I sat down with Human Resources and the manager. I took a personality test. It was a pretty up front interview. There weren't tons of questions. They ask you about your goals. They ask about your education. They talk about the schedule that you are interviewing to work on. They also ask if you know anyone who works there.

Pretty standard in terms of the process. First the phone interview which I got in about a week then it led to an in person interview. Everything was one done in a timely fashion and I did receive the offer
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
I worked hard as a hourly employee, someone took notice and asked me about management. I took the easy MAPP test and in two weeks I was running the Local Sort. No questions, no interview, no other process.
