Interview
I found the job posting at my school's job board. The job posting asked candidates to send an email directly to the accounting supervisor and/or accounting manager. I sent the email and receive an email to schedule an interview within 2 days. I went to the interview with the accounting manager and accounting supervisor I was going to report to. The interview was only 30 minutes at around 10 am. I received an offer the same day.
HR will contact you via phone call and do a quick background check and scheudle for an interview. In total there is only one round of interview with the department manager. Following the interview will be the medical checkup.
They asked me a few questions with regards to my previous job. They also asked about my english level. Sum-up the interview was very nice. I have not got the job

Interview
One round interview, by compitent interviewers. The questions were relavent to the role and my experience. The interview took place on site, there was two people in the team that interviewed me.
