Interview
Several interviews from within for the position. I was selected internally from a group of perspective applicants. Based on merit within the current role or position, the candidates were selected for initial interviews. From there, candidates were then interviewed twice more and the final selection was made by the District HR Manager.

Interview
I went in, saw the work site, and answered some informal questions. Unstructured. I was offered the job the same day. Standard interview questions. The whole process was very informal and relaxing
