Interview
It was very simple they walk you through everything and give you a start day right away, they take your fingerprints on site and even get your background check done on site so there is no unnecessary travel to get all of those things done
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
