      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UPS in Mar 2025

      Interview

Title: Disorganized, Unreliable, and Disrespectful of Candidates’ Time Review: I first applied for a position in September 2024 and was contacted by a recruiter in November, followed by an interview scheduled for December. The manager stated I would receive an update by the end of that week—only to delay communication by several days with no explanation. Months later, in March 2025, I was contacted again for another role within the same team. After another interview, I was told I would hear back by the end of March. That deadline came and went without any communication. I followed up politely—twice—and each time was told they “needed more time.” Now, three weeks have passed with complete radio silence. This is not just poor communication—it’s blatant disregard for a candidate’s time and effort. If a company cannot manage basic timelines or follow through on simple updates, it raises serious concerns about how they operate internally. It reflects extremely poorly on the team and its leadership. Being transparent and timely is not difficult—it’s the bare minimum. Ghosting candidates after dragging them along for months is not only unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. I expected better from a company of this size, but sadly, this experience was deeply disappointing and a complete waste of time. Think twice before engaging with this team or company—they do not value people, only processes they don’t even respect themselves.
