UPS Pre-loader interview questions

Didn't even have an interview after I filled out the application i was told to come in for orientation The following week and then after orientation about 2 weeks later I started working

There really was no interview process. They just checked paperwork, then gave you a tour and set your start day. It was super simple and straight forward. I would say that the "interview process" was more of an orientation, if anything.
