UPS interview questions

The interviewer sounded bored and asked wasn't positive but I was hired but then fired me on my first day due to my speed. They didn't talked about it or anything

The interview process was straightforward. I had two interviews: one with the human resources that was behavioral and one with the team that I was applying for. Most of the questions were situational. They described a situation and you had to answer what would you do. The position required that you knew Spanish and part of the interview was in Spanish.
