I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Columbia, MD) in Jul 2022
Interview
I was given a date to come in after applying on the website, supervisor called and moved it by a week. Waited the extra week and was told once again it would be moved by two weeks to the day after 4th of July. Day comes, I'm ready and they wait til 3 hours before my start time to move it yet again. It wasn't much of an interview, if you have a pulse they'll hire you.

Interview
The interview process lacked communication upon follow-up of the job offer position. The facilitator was very unprofessional. The interview was in a group setting where all answers were unoriginal due to the utilization of the answer from other applicants, and it was unorganized.
