UPS interview questions

Called for in person interview approximately two months after applying online by hiring manager. Manager was very friendly. He asked most of the standard questions but was not forth coming on benefits. He said those questions would have to be addressed by HR. He also was not very positive about the position. He said it was a very "flat" position with little room for advancement. He also said there was a lot of turnover in the position. This interview was for a part time administrator role.

The first interview was very quick and I didn't really get the opportunity to ask questions. The call was just a break down of the job and asking about my past experience.
