You go in and watch the plant shift and learn about the set up and tasks you may be put on. Then the manager/hiring employee will call you back to have a 1:1 conversation. They gave me a call back within a week.

It was very easy. I showed up and they had me fill out a form. I filled out the form and was offered the job. This job is for college grads and unemployed people.

Phone call then physical interview. Basic questions were asked concerning my experience and suitability for the position. Interview process extremely similar to a lot of other companies. Must dress in business attire. Union pay rates differ from non union so it is imperative to clarify what position you hold. Great company to work for.
