I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Louisville-Jefferson County, KY) in Oct 2015
Interview
There was a short interview on the telephone, which I was asked what I was asking for per hour if I were to be hired. I told her that for the position of receptionist I would be willing to accept $13.00 per hour to start. Then from that we set an appointment time for a face to face interview. I met with the Director and the head of HR and the meeting lasted for 30 minutes.

Question 1
Did I think that I could handle being around old people all day,
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Cerritos, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
It starts with you and a group of people. Then they take you and the group to a room to talk about the job. They describe the objectives of the jobs first. Then they call you individually to another room to have a one on one interview. They ask simple questions, and when you are done, they will call you and ask to come in again to prove eligibility to work and do a background check.

Can you manage picking up heavy objects for long periods of time?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Lawnside, NJ) in Oct 2012
Interview
From start to finish the whole process was painless. First was a group interview and tour through the building, with the HR people just giving a rundown of the whole process. Next I had a one-on-one interview the next day and it was a very simple interview. The questions were easy.
