I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Oak Park, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
CJ Was very friendly, upfront and honest. It was extremely easy to talk to her and really made the interview very casual and easy. She was very upfront about the new position and what it would involve and how they were testing the new position. She was clear on what the expectations were for the position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Tukwila, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied through my university's job and internship board, and also mailed my resume and cover letter to the contact person. Got a call almost immediately after it's arrival. Interviewed over the phone with three people. Sent a thank you note, received a follow-up email, then received another email stating I didn't get the position.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jul 2014
Interview
The process for the interview was quite efficient. At first, there was one phone interview and I was later called in for two more interviews; shortly thereafter receiving an offer for the job of Administrative Assistant. The process was incredibly smooth and really encourage me at first as it gave the impression that UPS was truly interested in young professionals; a year-and-a-half later I'm having trouble to believe that is still the case unfortunately.
