I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online. Spoke to the recruiter about the position after 2 weeks. Recruiter sent resume to hiring manager for review. I guess they liked it. An interview was set up about 3 weeks after applying. The corporate campus was very nice. Traffic was heavy even though interview was at 2pm.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Stafford, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
You have to go through several different interviews throughout the process. It takes about 4 weeks to start working. They eliminate all the people who are not serious about the job or those they think cannot physically handle the manual labor. The first interview was the hardest for me because the HR Manager looked at me and did not think I could do the work. I'm glad he gave me the opportunity to show UPS what I was capable of. The second interview establishes where they will put everyone. The third interview is mostly about your criminal and work background. The last interview they go over your basic information and tell you when you will start training.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2014

Was through a Temp Agency and online. I was asked to complete an application package which was processed via email. I completed the package within a day and a half to get the hiring process moving. A total of three of us were contracted for the month of December to do work mainly using MS PowerPoint, email, and a company-based system.
