Interview
I filled out the application online. Right after completing the application I was told about an interview. My interview was about a week or two later. The interview wasn't even a real interview. They handed me a packet explaining about the job details and pay. Then I spoke to HR and they offered me the Job. My orientation was in a few hours and I started the next day.

Straight forward and quick. Minimal requirements and an automated scheduled appointment was made via the website application. Other comparable jobs I applied to online took at least a month to return notice of an interview.
