Hiring Process was through Indeed.com came in with a group of other candidates and individually was interviewed. Overall process only took about 1 hour. Toured the facility, etc, etc. Overall if you could get in I would recommend this position but just a warning it's a sweaty job folks!

Interview
Everything was straight to the point, the no nonsense type of interview, for this facility was very diligent when it came to work, and the hiring process. They made it very clear that you must be on time.

The important questions they asked me, is if I had my own means of transportation. Also, if I was able to be on time always.

Interview
First I had a phone interview. Then met with the Regional District Manager/HR Representative. Next there was an online competency test. If you pass the competency test then an Interview with the Operations Manager is scheduled. I was notified that although I passed the competency test, they chose to hire a former seasonal employee for the open position.
