He was a great guy, very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the experience as a new person who had never had a job before, it was really awesome and I felt comfortable. I can't remember his name, but I wish I could.

Interview
Very easy. I walked in and there were 6 other applicants waiting to be interviewed. One person from HR interviewed us individually, asking very easy, straightforward questions from a list. After we had all interviewed, the HR person gave us a tour of the warehouse to show us the work environment we would be working in.

Interview
I filled out an application, then just sit down discussion. We discussed my work history, and goals. We talked briefly about the role of a maintenance person at an apartment complex. I was quizzed about my knowledge of safety and chemical management. We discussed the opportunity to gain certifications and how that will increase my compensation. We discussed required hours, involving m-f 8-5 and 24hr on call every third week.
