I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
I applied online I was contacted within two business days to set up an in-store appointment. I was then told to take an online interview which took about 30 minutes. Overall had a good experience and I hope I get hired. I was told they were looking to hire someone by mid next week. Wish me luck
I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The interview process is very basic and easy. The main thing that UPS worries about is if you are going to show up for work every day and on time. So many people call out of work that it is crazy.
Anybody can obtain a job here as long as you do not have a history of physical violence or stealing from a previous job, you'll be okay. From what I've heard, pretty much everybody gets an interview by applying online. That's what I did.
Interview questions [1]

Interview
very quick and concise. they told me no lies. i was expecting a group interview. to my surprise they were very serious about hiring. i had read reviews that said it was a gimmick and they would give you the run around but no, they got right to business. the hardest part was the road test if you've never driven a box truck its a little nerve rattling. other that that its cool
