Interview
First round is with HR rep and second and final is with hiring manager. The HR round is just a phone screening making sure you are still interested in the position and why you would like to work there. The second and final round is with the hiring manager who asks the basic situation questions, as well as how you see your future.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UPS (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2015
Interview
As described by many others the process started with the HR representative doing a quick show and tell regarding what the job entails, the starting rate of pay and the offseason demotion to package handler. Basically we were told from July through December you would be a driver covering vacations and working during the busy holiday season. You would work 8-10 hours a day M-F at a starting rate of $18.75. During the offseason you would revert to being a package handler making $10.10 an hour working part time 5PM-9PM. There would be opportunities to drive during this time as well such as off season vacation coverage and Saturday pickup routes where you could make your driving rate of $18.75. Full benefit eligibility would be available after one year. This schedule is what would be expected up until a full time driving position becomes available...which could be years.

Interview
I scheduled an appointment online for an orientation that involved me and 10 other people coming in, being told about the job, and filling out a bit of paperwork. Was called in over a week later, this time in a smaller group, to have quick one-on-one interviews with an HR person. Had a final one-on-one interview with the shift supervisor the next day. Went by pretty quickly and was largely just him explaining to me about how the job is.
