Interview
It was fairly easy. Being prior military helped a bit. I took a tour of the facility before starting the interview, she asked about my education and military experience. She then said she will recommend me to work on the ramp because I'm tough from my military experience and dependable with opportunities to move up quickly.

Applied online and they had called me back within a week. The interview was very easy and they explained the workload that is to be required. Nothing out of the ordinary. Got the job and started training the following week.

Interview
The interview was very straight forward. Most of the questions answers were hard facts, not based much on subjectivity. It is very hard not to get an offer. I have worked with ups in the past and that seemed to be a benefit, but not a big one.
