UPS Loader Unloader interview questions

You apply online and they give you a call. Getting the job is literally 99% showing up. The whole thing is kind of a joke. They say that you have to meet certain fitness requirements like being able to lift 70 pounds but there are people who get hired who couldn't lift half of that.

Very basic questions. They seem to like young college students, or someone that's physically fit./ into fitness. They will generally invite a group of candidates to an orientation, a kind of show and tell, then they will call for interview.
