I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UPS (South San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
They have you wait by a gate until somebody comes to collect you before bringing you into the big building Warehouse and it's quite cold for the most part all around with cement but the interviewer was very nice and was quick about getting to the point of what it was I was asking and unfortunately for part-time they wanted you to work Friday Saturday and Sunday that way the season folks could have those days off and for supervisor to come in at $18 an hour was a bit low for me but they said you could work up
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Binghamton, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very quick process, first an interview, then a qualifying test before a background check and an offer. The test took about an hour and the results came back same day. Whole process was about 2 weeks total.

Question 1
What do you think the hardest part of the job will be for you?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (East Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2016
Interview
The process was a little long but it was fairly easy. A recruiter came to my college because jobs were opening in the company. You do have to take a skills test but it wasn't that hard. Basic math and management questions was asked during the test. Test took 1hr to complete.
