We did a tour of the building. And then questions were asked about why I wanted to work for ups. I filled out some paperwork and then I was told about the guidelines of working for them.

it goes by seniority and you have to start in the warehouse as a part time worker for $10.50 an hour, you will work anywhere from ten hours a week to 30 hrs. but after one year benefits are free.

interview process was very brief. a drivers test was administered to determine competency with vehicles. once you passed the test you took a few more tests on a computer and they determined when to send you to Intergrad to train you as a Service Provider.
