Not too bad, just a phone call and an in-person interview. They question you for about 30 min in a cruddy room. It is very awkward like any interview. That is about all there is to the process of applying at UPS.

You only have to show up and complete your first 30 days and some paper work, wear protective shoes and dress appropriately for the weather and the level of work you’ll be doing. If you last the 30 days you become a member then your next mile stone is 9 months where you can get your health, vision, and dental benefits.
