UPS Package Handler interview questions

It was pretty straight forward. They mainly focus on 2 points: A) Can you lift the packages ? B) Will you be committed or give up after 1 week ? Because of the jobs difficulty, they are looking for people who can handle the load for long term. Sometimes they even put bonuses.

The interview and training process was okay, but wait until you go out onto the floor and experience an outdated facility, terrible management, sexual harassment and hostile attitude from management and the other package handlers, a reminder that there is no hope for humanity, did I mention the males who constantly sexually harassed a pregnant woman for being pregnant?
