UPS Package Handler interview questions

Went to the UPS location and waited in the HR department while they called potential employees back for a brief five minute conversation. When i was called i went back and spoke with the HR Lady as she asked about my life and why i was interested in the job.

The interview process was about 5-10 people rounded up in a group interview. The hiring manager kept talking about Unions and paying my dues. I was then informed that I am essentially nothing but could be something if I dedicate all of my time to being a union man for the UPS and the end reward was to drive a truck and deliver packages.
