UPS Package Handler interview questions

We did a tour around the facility with 10-12 other people. After the tour the interviewer gave us all a small interview. Few days later, I was called in for a 2nd interview and was hired.

they took you on a tour during the shift you would be working to see what it's really like - they will basically hire anyone for this position as long as your background come back good and you know how to answer basic questions and then shut up and stop rambling on and on about this or that...
