I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2014
Interview
Applied and got a call within 2-3 weeks. Had to wake up early 4-5 am in the morning for a tour of the place. During the tour, they told us about how hard-working the job demand is. We were told about how much each packages weigh, to where we would go to how we will do our jobs. The interview process was quick and easy. They asked you a couple of questions just to make sure that you've worked in a job that required physical lifting.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Omaha, NE) in Feb 2013
Interview
The Interview process began as a group trip into the work facility. After we were taken through the hub we were brought back to a waiting room and then we were called into an office one by one and asked a series of very basic questions. Which consisted mostly of questions pertaining to our physical abilities or our experience in a physical line of work such as this one.
