Interview
Fist step was a walk through of the entire building and the different areas. Interview process was very step by step and simple. They called me and scheduled an interview. One on one interview was short and sweet. They called and set up my orientation from that point. Overall one of the easiest hiring processes I have been through.

Interview
Applied online. At the end off the app, you pick your tour date. There are 3 steps on 3 different days (Tour, 1st Interview, 2nd Interview). All three days you are with a group of others. Everyone is interviewed individually.

Interview
This was your prototypical job interview. I actually forgot about the interview until a couple hours after it was over. I assumed that I had blown my opportunity but the interviewer allowed me to reschedule anyway. I did not go into it extremely prepared. I was just very honest and answered the basic questions that 95% of people would be able to answer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only unexpected question that I was asked was if I smoked weed. That really caught me off guard. And since I did at the time and was being honest I answered that I did occasionally. Apparently the interviewer did as well. That could have gone poorly.
