I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
The interview process to becoming a Part-Time Package Handler is fairly simple compared to the average part-time job. I signed up for a tour appointment from their website waited for the day to come. I visited the place twice; once to get details on the job and set up a tour of the hub, and again to take the tour. After the second visit, I was told if they needed to hire somebody, they would call back in a week or so. I got a call back a couple of days later and I took the job.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Oakland, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Applied online and scheduled a date for an interview. Went to UPS on the scheduled date which was just a couple days later where we were given a tour of the facility as well as sat down for a group interview. The group interview was actually more like an open discussion and presentation of the company itself and what we would be expecting as a new hire. The interviewer was very professional as well as easy going. He also made it very clear that asking questions was a good thing and was highly recommended. After the first interview, we were invited for a second interview to meet one-on-one with the same interviewer. After the second interview, I was told to wait for a call within about a week to see if I got hired. Received a call a week later and I am now currently employed.

Question 1
Most difficult question which was fairly easy was "Why did you decide to choose UPS?".
