UPS Part Time Package Handler interview questions

I applied online and they told me to come in for an interview there was a bunch of people there but it wasn't a group interview, the hr gave us a brief description of the position, then she called everyone to the back for a one on one interview. she asked the typical interview questions why do you want to work for us etc..it was a pretty interview.

I applied online and was scheduled right away for a tour. After tour we were told if interested come back tomorrow night for a one on one interview. I showed up for the interview and it went well. He tried to get me to change my decision of working night shift to do sunrise of preloading since I'm a female he said it would be easier for me. I told him I could only work the night shift, because I have two kids at home. He asked for my birth date for a background check and said he would be in contact with me. This happened on Tuesday and it's now Friday and I haven't heard back yet. Hoping I will hear something at the beginning of next week!
