Brief and informal. An older lady interviewed me and it was as if I was her grandson; she was very polite and forward about the job. She mentioned the physical aspect and the hours . It's very important to make sure that the hours worked are the hours that are showing up on your time sheet because the company sometimes makes clerical errors.

If they are hiring, apply on the website and they will contact you by email for orientation.
Orientation is about an hour and a half where they describe whats expected of the job and go over some safety precautions. Two forms of ID are needed to continue process after orientation. Afterwards, you have a few days to finish the online paper work and you start the next week. They pretty much hire everybody.

You come into hr and they tell you what you’re walking into. A harsh and tough on the body experience with competitive pay and benefits. They mention the pay alone won’t be enough to keep you.
