No interview. Basically, you will apply and select a date to go to the facility. The first day, you will see a lot of people that will be in the same room. They will ask you for your ID and social security card. Do not forget to bring it.

Interview
1 on 1 interview lasts about 10 minutes, generally asking question about why do you think you belong at ups. After interview you are seated into a seperate room where you fill out paperwork. Usually last 20 minutes depending on how many people that have applied there.

Are you a hard worker, this job requires that you be on your feet for at least 4 hours and you are tasked with lifting packages that are 70+ pounds or more.

Interview
Tour lasting 2 minutes, then sat us in a room to tell us the promised bonus was just to draw in applicants and wasn't available for us- and that the hourly pay we will get was lower than written. Told us the hours are different then described on application and that we are not able to receive the benefits listed online until after a year.
