I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Hatboro, PA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Group introduction describing the difficulty of the job, union requirements per the state of Pa and initial low take home pay. The HR Supervisor was very honest about the job (physically exhausting, heat/cold, dirty). I was asked to an individual interview immediately following the group session. An offer was extended at that time, pending a clean background check.
