UPS Part Time Package Handler interview questions

Two interviews, First interview is basic eligibility screening, behavioral questions. There are two rooms candidates wait outside and are called in by each hiring managers. Second interview is when they offer you the job with the tour and orientation of the facility and everything.

It was a very informal group interview. They sat everyone down and described pay that would be offered and shift times that they needed covered. Asked for raise of hands when asked questions instead of asking for personal answers. Definitely a place where you need to be involved in the interview questions to be able to stand out.
