I applied online and then a phone call set up a tour and interview at the location. After the tour they pretty much offered every single person the job and they gave me misinformation which I declined the job first. Then after getting the appropriate information a few days later I accepted the position.

Interview
Basically just ask you if you can work quickly and lift heavy. They explain the hours and how they only really give you 3.5 hours a day on average. They seem like they would take any able bodied person for the job.

Interview
You filled out an application online and then you had to scroll to the bottom and click on something about getting an interview. When you showed up for the interview they had you in a room with about 10 other people and they told you about the job and what positions were available. They also to.d you about benefits and union dues and such. Then they called you in one by one and did a quick 5 minute interview and was hired on the spot. Figuring it was the holiday season most got hired on the spot. Then they told you to come back Monday for orientation and to wear leather boots
