I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Palm Springs, CA) in Sep 2015

Interview was easy. Talked about requirements, hours and pay. Benefits are great once your full time, along with vacation. Holiday hours will be long with extra days added in. No offer yet, said they were interviewing for another week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Daytona Beach, FL) in Aug 2013
Interview
I filled out online application and had driver and ups store references. I got a call the next day to come in for an interview the next day. I showed up for interview where there were more candidates for the job. We were called in one at a time to interview and waited for all of us to finish. Some were sent home right away while others came back in and said they got the job and started doing powerpoint presentation training. I was asked if I wanted to start the next day and I did start next day. For the first few weeks a manager shadowed me and helped train me.
